Hard wax is different from soft wax. Soft wax is applied with a spatula and removed using a muslin strip, making it suitable for larger areas like legs and arms. How to Use Hard Wax Beans

Prepare by ensuring your hair length reaches at least a quarter inch. If you normally shave, pause three weeks before waxing.

Heat the wax beans in a wax heater (approximately 2030 minutes) or a double boiler (about 30 minutes) until fully melted to a warm, creamy consistency.

Clean your skin and dry thoroughly. Apply a thin layer of olive oil, coconut oil, or pre-epilation oil to the area as a protective layer against overheating and to aid wax removal.

The melted wax should be close to body temperature. Test on your wristif too warm, let it cool briefly.

Using a wax stick, spread the wax evenly in the direction of hair growth. The narrow edge of the wax application should be thin for easier removal.

Wait approximately three minutes. The wax will appear shiny when freshly applied. Once it becomes opaque and holds a light fingerprint, it is ready to be pulled.

Pull the wax quickly along the direction of hair growth in one firm, smooth motion.

Wipe the skin with a cotton ball soaked in olive oil or coconut oil to remove any wax residue.

Apply a small amount of aloe vera gel to the freshly waxed skin.

This is a melt-and-pull wax formula designed for wax warmers or double boiler preparation. Cannot be used in a microwave oven.
